FAQ section is a customizable Shopify store component designed to implement a frequently asked questions section.
Its main purpose is to provide a structured and user-friendly interface for users looking for information about products, services or store policies.
Key functionalities:
- Content categorization: The section supports grouping questions by categories. For navigation between categories, a sidebar is provided that displays available topics, optionally with corresponding icons.
- Interactive Search: A search function has been implemented that allows users to filter the list of questions by keywords. The search is performed dynamically, updating the displayed questions as you type. A message is provided for cases when no matches are found.
- Accordion Interface: Questions and answers are displayed in an accordion format. Answers are hidden by default and are revealed when the user interacts with the corresponding question. Questions can also have custom icons.
